Great to meet you!
I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work as a therapist. While earning my master’s degree at Seton Hall, I worked through COVID in a psychiatric emergency center, supporting people during some of their most difficult moments. At the same time, I was navigating major challenges in my own life, including raising one child with special needs and caring for another who was born prematurely. Those experiences deepened my resilience, compassion, and understanding of how overwhelming life can feel.
I’ve seen tough days, and I know what it means to keep going while caring for the people who depend on you. The lessons I’ve gained through both my personal and professional journey shape the way I show up for clients: with warmth, empathy, and a real understanding that healing is not always linear. My goal is to help you feel supported as you navigate your own challenges, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful change.
