Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Richard Wiggill, and I am LICSW who is behaviorally AND relationally/attachment-focused in my work. I'm passionate about tailoring cutting-edge, evidence-backed approaches to meet each person's unique needs. I am skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as specialized DBT protocols for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) including DBT Prolonged Exposure (DBT PE) and DBT for PTSD. These are proven methodologies for managing anxiety, depression, emotional and identity dysregulation, trauma, suicidal and self-injurious behaviors, and more.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With a blend of creativity, consultation, and coaching, my goal is to provide personalized support for managing anxiety, mood, and trauma disorders in young people and adults aged 14 and above.

I work to be both active and coaching-oriented as well as provide validation, listening, and openness to meet clients' needs.
