Dr. Rickie Fleck

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience supporting people through life’s most difficult seasons. I hold a bachelor’s, master’s degree, as well as a PhD in social work. As a clinician, I have worked with criminal justice-involved adults and juveniles, substance use, working across the life span in a medical clinic, and in a residential placement setting.

My approach is solution-focused, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection, authenticity, and compassion. I specialize in behavior change and support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and other chronic emotional challenges.
