Great to meet you!

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts and received my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from Boston University. Since then, I’ve had the privilege and honor of working as an outpatient therapist, supporting adults 18 and older through individual therapy as they navigate their healing journeys.

I have experience supporting individuals as they navigate trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is non-judgmental, compassionate, and empowering, creating a space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported. This allows defensiveness to soften and opens the door for honest self-exploration in a constructive and collaborative way. I offer trauma-informed, dynamic psychotherapy grounded in an attachment-based framework, with a strong emphasis on the mind-body connection.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away a deeper sense of self-understanding, emotional insight, and practical tools to navigate life’s ups and downs. My hope is that over time, they begin to feel more grounded in themselves, develop greater self-compassion, and build confidence in their ability to manage stress and life's challenges. Many also notice positive shifts in how they show up in relationships and in the world — with more clarity, care, and authenticity.
