Great to meet you!

I'm an ANCC board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and received my Masters degree from New York University. I am committed to providing comprehensive mental health care to help clients reach their full potential. I offer medication management and holistic interventions to children and adults living with depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and PTSD.

A bit about my approach to therapy

A client who chooses to work with me can expect compassionate, collaborative care aimed at achieving the client’s goals and objectives. I prioritize a personalized treatment strategy, taking into account a client’s preferences and background. I firmly believe that mental health is a continual journey, not a fixed destination, and am dedicated to supporting my clients throughout this process; I am receptive to feedback and will adapt our approach as necessary to ensure you receive the best care.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe in the power of deep listening and strive to understand the underlying root of their challenges, rather than merely treating symptoms. My approach is focused on fostering a collaborative relationship where clients actively participate in their journey to mental health. By working together, clients can expect to leave each session feeling supported and empowered, taking tangible steps towards living their best life.
