Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over twenty years. I have worked primarily with Adults ages 20 to 50's. My clients are coping with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, work issues, life transitions, ADHD, neurodiversity, and abuse. My clientele are from a diverse racial/ethnic backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ community. I see individuals, couples, and parents and their adult children. I also work with adolescents.

My approach to therapy

When I meet my client, I converse with them. I realize that I am a stranger and that I have to build trust. I create an easy, relaxed banter that my clients appreciate. I also believe in being honest, straight forward and humorous when its appropriate. Please feel free to contact me via text or email. I would be happy to meet for a consultation or session
