Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy combines compassion, creativity, and practical tools that support personal growth. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and arts-based techniques to help clients manage emotions, gain insight, and reshape their personal stories in empowering ways. Grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective, I meet clients where they are and help them build from within.

With experience as a foster care worker, therapist, and community program leader, I specialize in helping individuals and families navigate transitions, trauma, identity, and self-worth. Together, we work to process emotions, gain clarity, and rediscover purpose. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, family conflict, or life changes, my goal is to help you find balance, healing, and empowerment through deeper self-awareness.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and authentic—I believe healing happens through genuine connection, reflection, and creative expression.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming space to share their story at their own pace. We’ll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy, what goals you’d like to work toward, and what support feels most helpful for you. I’ll ask questions to get a clear picture of your strengths, challenges, and life experiences, but there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a sense of safety and trust from the start so we can begin building the foundation for growth, healing, and meaningful change together.
