I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and arts-based techniques to help clients manage emotions, gain insight, and reshape their personal stories in empowering ways. Grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective, I meet clients where they are and help them build from within.
With experience as a foster care worker, therapist, and community program leader, I specialize in helping individuals and families navigate transitions, trauma, identity, and self-worth.
