Great to meet you!

I’m Robinta, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I’m dedicated to helping teens and adults navigate life’s challenges and build a stronger sense of self. I believe that healing and growth are possible for everyone, no matter how stuck or overwhelmed you may feel. Many of my clients come to me struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, and grief, and together, we work toward restoring balance, confidence, and clarity. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

As an integrative therapist, I use a diverse range of therapeutic approaches from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), The Gottman Method, and Acceptance & Commitment, but most importantly, whether you're navigating life challenges, mental or physical health conditions, I show up ready to meet you where you're at, and walk along side you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

It’s okay to not have it all figured out. Reaching out for support is a brave step toward forward. Whether you're facing challenges like anxiety, depression, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, you don’t have to go through it alone. Prioritize your mental well-being. Let's work together to create the path toward a healthier, happier you.
