I am Dr. Rochelle Henderson-Clark. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner who specialize in providing evidence-based treatment to individuals struggling with a wide range of concerns related to mental health, substance abuse, and relationship issues. My areas of clinical expertise include the treatment of depression, anxiety, co-occurring disorders, substance use, family and relational issues.

My approach to therapy

My integrative approach to treatment is grounded in cognitive behavioral theory and guided by empirically supported interventions. I balance acceptance-based approaches with solution-focused strategies to help clients achieve their goals. I help my clients achieve realistic and sustainable changes in their life. I value a collaborative therapeutic relationship and provide a safe, empathetic and non-Judgmental environment for my clients to explore difficult feelings, emotions and thoughts.
