Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Rochelle Koch, LCSW, owner of Kasama Bloom. I have over 15 years of experience providing mental health services in diverse populations including academic, community and medical settings. As the only second-generation Filipino American in my immediate family, I understand the weight of intergenerational expectations, cultural silence around mental health, and the resilience it takes to navigate identity and belonging.

My approach to therapy

Kasama means "together" and I believe healing happens in connection - with yourself, others and your community. Together, we will honor your roots and nurture your growth. My approach to therapy starts with building rapport. I believe healing begins in relationships where you feel safe, seen, and not judged. I take time to understand your world—your story, culture, values, and strengths—so we can work together with trust and care. I hope to create a space where you can exhale, explore, and grow at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from sessions feeling seen and supported. Whether you're navigating burnout, life transitions, anxiety, depression or identity work, you'll leave sessions with deeper self-understanding, practical coping skills, and the reassurance that you don't have to carry it all alone.
