Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified psychiatrist with dual certifications in psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry, seeing patients in Ohio via telehealth. My practice centers on depression, anxiety, and ADHD — conditions that shape how we think, feel, and move through daily life. I believe in getting to the heart of what you’re experiencing, explaining your options in plain terms, and building a plan that genuinely fits your life. I keep a small, intentional caseload so every patient gets my full attention.

My approach to therapy

I come to each session ready to listen and ask the right questions. My approach is direct — I’ll tell you clearly what I’m thinking and lay out your options in plain terms. I’m genuinely curious about what’s really driving what you’re experiencing, so we take time to understand before moving to solutions.

What you can expect from me

We’ll spend most of our first meeting getting to know each other. I’ll ask about what brought you in, your history, and your goals. I want you to leave that first session feeling heard — and with a clear sense of what we’ll be working on together and what comes next.
