Great to meet you!

I have worked in an outpatient level of care for about 12 years with individuals with a diverse range of presenting problems that include symptoms of anxiety, depression, victims of violent crimes, interpersonal difficulties, trauma, etc. I have also been part of a court mandated, medication assisted treatment program that helps individuals victims of the opioid epidemic.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Creating a strong therapeutic bond increases the chances of a healthy progress and it is my goal to build a comfortable space where this can take place. Having a trusting, non-judgmental therapeutic relationships helps establishing healing patterns, the reflection and processing of thoughts and emotions and the platform to working on a more comfortable way of living.

What you can expect from our first session

I take special interest in working with victims of emotional abuse specifically in rebuilding self-esteem, a healthy sense of self and regaining confidence to make decisions. I have worked extensively with individuals coming out of toxic relationships and we have created a safe therapeutic environment where empowerment is notable across each session.
