Great to meet you!

If you are looking for a warm, compassionate, and positive step forward, I would like to offer that to you. I am a mature woman backed with both life, educational, and professional experience. It is my life's work to help others carry their loads and find perspective and pathways towards their greatest joy.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a person-centered, humanistic perspective. For those who wish, I also offer a Christian-based perspective, integrating faith into the healing process in a way that aligns with your values. Talk therapy provides a safe space to express thoughts and feelings without judgment.

What you can expect from me

From our first introduction, you can expect to feel comfortable. I will make certain that you feel knowledgeable and confident throughout the process. We will chat, which will give me a chance to get to know you. I'd like to hear your story, as long as you feel comfortable sharing. I will listen as you express what needs you have and what problems you are managing. I will help you with some coping skills and I will most likely give a simple homework assignment for you to work on during the week, Talk therapy fosters personal growth and self-discovery through guided reflection.
