Great to meet you!

I provide compassionate, trauma-informed virtual therapy for women and young adults in Pennsylvania navigating grief and loss, infertility, caregiver stress, intergenerational trauma, and major life transitions. Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, anxious, lonely, or disconnected from themselves, their relationships, or their faith. You don’t have to face this alone.

I deeply honor parents raising children with special needs. This path often holds profound love alongside chronic exhaustion and unique grief. Therapy can be a space to hold both hardship and hope—without judgment or pressure to be “strong.”

Beginning therapy is an act of courage. I bring both professional expertise and lived understanding to our work, offering a grounded, compassionate presence.

My integrative, mind-body approach blends psychodynamic therapy, somatic awareness, and mindfulness-based practices to support healing of the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Together, we’ll explore emotional patterns, listen to your body’s wisdom, and gently untangle what may be keeping you stuck.

Clients describe my style as warm, steady, and intuitive. Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your needs, with a focus on resilience, self-compassion, and meaningful connection. Healing is possible—and support is available.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, integrative, and trauma-informed. I work best with individuals who are willing to gently face grief, loss, and life’s complexities—and who carry a deep desire for healing, growth, and self-discovery. My role is to walk alongside you, offering steadiness and support as you navigate experiences that feel tender, overwhelming, or hard to put into words.

Clients I work with may be grieving the death of a loved one, coping with infertility or pregnancy loss, adjusting to major life transitions, or caring for a child with special needs while carrying both deep love and emotional weight. Others come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves, their relationships, or their sense of identity after loss or change.

I blend psychodynamic therapy with mindfulness and somatic awareness, helping you explore how past experiences shape the present while also tuning into the body’s wisdom. Together, we’ll slow down, notice patterns, process emotions, and create space for healing that feels meaningful and sustainable. Healing is not linear or one-size-fits-all, and therapy with me is tailored to your unique needs, pace, and story.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a gentle starting point—an opportunity to lay a strong foundation for our work together. We’ll review your intake paperwork, talk about what brings you to therapy, and explore what you’re hoping for from this process. You’re always welcome to ask questions, share concerns, or name any hesitations you may be carrying.

More than anything, this initial session is about connection. We’ll begin building a therapeutic relationship grounded in safety, trust, and collaboration. I’ll invite you to share your story and personal history at a pace that feels supportive and manageable, honoring where you are emotionally and what you need in this moment.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling welcomed, understood, and supported. Therapy with me is not about rushing or fixing—it’s about creating a steady, compassionate space where healing, insight, and growth can unfold over time.
