Therapy goals are a joint process between the client and myself, the therapist. I assist with identifying presenting problems, while we collaborate on identifying goals to address the problems according to the client. Sometimes a client may just need some guidance on life decisions, or support getting through a tough time. Whatever the journey I'm here to help the client navigate through this process. Clients may need to see a new way of doing things in order to get to the next phase of life.
