Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Rosalyn Johnson, and I believe therapy is a journey we take together. Over the years, I’ve walked alongside people dealing with trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, and stress — supporting folks of different ages and backgrounds. If you’ve experienced things like abuse, witnessed violence, or navigated complicated family dynamics, you’re not alone — I’ve helped many find safety, clarity, and forward motion.

Clients often describe me as affirming, strength‐oriented, and someone who listens deeply.

My approach to therapy

My style is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe there’s no “one size fits all” path, so I adapt to your needs and pace. Together, we’ll explore what’s strong in you already, while also building new skills and insights. In our work, I aim to blend support and challenge, and to hold space for both relief and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect to leave feeling more heard, hopeful, and energized. We’ll talk about where you are, what you want to change, and begin sketching a path forward. Over time, what many people take away is:

  • A deeper sense of self‐trust and empowerment
  • Practical tools to cope with stress, relational conflict, or emotional pain
  • More clarity about patterns and choices
  • A stronger connection to what matters most to you

If you're looking for someone to walk with — who doesn’t judge, but pushes you gently toward growth — I’d be honored to partner with you.
