Hi, I'm Rosemary. Welcome to Headway! I am a licensed practicing counselor and EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist.
Taking the first step towards therapy can be scary but I am here to help. I will work with you on identifying negative patterns and thinking schemas. Together I hope that we can implement new ideas and healthier ways of being and thinking.
Therapy should be a place where you can be comfortable to be yourself. I offer support, encouragement and when needed feedback.
I have experience with talk therapy and often implement and pull from CBT, DBT and EMDR.
I encourage clients to start with whatever feels comfortable. Most often, a first session will focus on us getting to know one another and how we can achieve your goals and make lasting improvements.
