Hi, I am Rosie, I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I am an open minded, non-judgmental, gently challenging, and honest therapist who assists clients in working through mental health symptoms. I work with individuals ages 5 to 105 struggling with a variety of issues.
I specialize in Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Grief & Loss, Peri & Post-Partum Depression, PTSD and general life stages/challenges. I am member of the Association of Play Therapy of the Central Valley with a specialty in Sand Tray therapy. I utilized CBT, Solution Focused and Client Centered modalities. I am EMDR Certified and am a provider with victims of violent crime.
Our first sessions will be to explore the concerns that brought you in and create goals that you would like to achieve in therapy. We will work together in a safe space to process stressors/issues/concerns, gain valuable skills and be empowered.
