Great to meet you!

I believe that nurturing safety through non-judgment, transparency, and genuine warmth and humor creates space for my clients to do the hard work of therapy. I welcome all parts you may bring to the session, whether that is sadness, loneliness, joy, chaos, anger, or shame (and everything in between) to support you in creating a roadmap to healing. I take a person-centered and trauma-informed approach while utilizing my training in several evidence-based modalities, including ACT, DBT, and CBT. Additionally, I am EMDR trained and utilize elements of mindfulness in my practice. When not working as a therapist, I am loudly cheering on the Chiefs. You can also find me outside exploring all the wonders Colorado has to offer with my family and rascally puppy Juniper.

My approach to therapy

As a Veteran myself, I am passionate about healing the military community including active duty, Veterans and their families. I am experienced in working with trauma survivors, mothers in all stages of parenting, and those struggling with anxiety, depression, and big life changes.

What you can expect from me

I am a skills based, solution-focused therapist. I work with my clients to identify weekly goals and intentions to implement the skills learned in sessions.
