Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, while also grounded in practical tools for change. I work from an integrative perspective and draw from evidence-based approaches and relational work, depending on each client’s needs and goals. I bring warmth, curiosity, and collaboration to help clients understand their patterns, build self-compassion, strengthen coping skills, and create more meaningful lives.

What you can expect from me

In an intake session, we’ll spend time getting a sense of what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping to gain from the process. I aim to create an environment of safety and groundedness where you feel comfortable being yourself and asking any questions you may have.
