Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Ryan Smith, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). My passion is in helping couples navigate the complexities of relationships. My education includes a Master’s in Family Therapy and Master's in Divinity equivalent to be an Army chaplain. I specialize in transforming your greatest tragedies into your greatest triumphs, guiding couples from places of hurt to healing and deeper meaning.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, I blend faith-based principles with practical, evidence-based strategies to address your unique challenges. My approach is compassionate yet direct, focusing on actionable steps and accountability. I specialize in helping husbands become better partners and aiding couples in rediscovering their love and passion. Expect a collaborative environment where you and I work together to set clear goals and develop skills and mindset needed for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

From our sessions, you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your partner, to rebuild trust and intimacy. I will invest in you. I care. After our first session, I will provide a clear roadmap for treatment with specific goals and concrete techniques to meet them. My goal is to create a supportive and empowering space where you feel both challenged and cared for. Together, you’ll strive towards not just recovery, but a renewed, more fulfilling relationship.
