Great to meet you!

Welcome!

I believe healing is possible, even when life feels challenging. My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own journey of healing and personal growth, as well as my work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the human experience and inform my commitment to providing a compassionate, authentic, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.

As your therapist, my goal is to help you explore challenges, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful change. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I am committed to supporting you in achieving your goals and creating a more fulfilling and authentic life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. My role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, gain insight, and develop practical tools for growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other. You'll have space to share your story, your current challenges, and what brings you to therapy. Together, we'll explore your needs and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and achievable for you.
