Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (she/her) who works from a collaborative, compassionate, and solution-focused lens. I will strive to help you strengthen resilience, deepen self-understanding, and find meaningful growth. Alongside my clinical work, I serve as an Adjunct Professor in Pepperdine University’s graduate psychology program.

Outside of therapy, I’m a mom and a yoga enthusiast with a yoga teacher training certificate. I find balance through movement, laughter, and the connections that remind us we’re never alone on our journey.

My approach to therapy

As a South Asian therapist, I bring a culturally sensitive perspective to every session and tailor my approach using psychodynamic, neuroscience, cognitive behavioral, and post-modern methods to meet your unique needs. Additionally, my approach is trauma-informed. I will be there to listen and help you heal from past wounds, utilizing a somatically informed approach to help you release pain.

What you can expect from me

During the exploratory phase of therapy, we will work together to identify your goals and use them as a guide for tracking progress over time. Therapy is a collaborative process, and the growth that happens between sessions is just as important as the work we do together during our time together. To support this process, I may offer exercises, reflections, or techniques to practice outside of our sessions. We will also pay attention to recurring themes and patterns, while continuing to move toward your goals at a pace that feels supportive. Throughout our work together, I intend to provide a safe, compassionate space where meaningful change can occur.
