Great to meet you!

Life presents many unexpected challenges and opportunities. Whether you are adjusting to a major life transition, seeking a fresh start after facing some difficulties, or simply navigating life's uncertainties, know that you are not alone. The overwhelming need to show up as "put together" and "doing just fine" is becoming more challenging to keep up with. Taking periodic breaks to unwind and center yourself amongst the chaos can feel unrealistic but with the right tools can be done.

With over a decade of experience working with diverse populations with varied needs, I understand the complex challenges many face. My goal is to provide a safe, affirming, and supportive environment where clients can feel renewed and equipped with strategies to face life head on.

Clients who work with me will move from operating in survival mode to thriving. Currently, I am only providing virtual therapy and accepting clients residing in New York State.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in the belief that every individual is unique, and the therapeutic process should be tailored to their specific needs and goals. Through this holistic and client-centered lens, I aim to empower individuals to navigate life's challenges, fostering resilience and promoting positive change.

What you can expect from me

Clients engaging in therapy with me can anticipate a transformative journey towards enhanced well-being and personal growth. Drawing upon my extensive clinical experience, I offer a collaborative and empathetic space where individuals can explore their concerns, identify strengths, and develop coping strategies. Through this collaborative journey, the aim is not only to address immediate concerns but also to instill lasting skills that promote sustained well-being and personal fulfillment.
