I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving the BIPOC community since 2016. I have formal training in EMDR Therapy, Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy (attachment-based). I currently work with BIPOC adults and couples.

I use creativity and a narrative approach to assist individuals and couples with re-integrating and finding healing.
