Great to meet you!

Life is a journey, and sometimes it helps to have someone alongside you. In our work together I want to help you move toward self-acceptance, compassion, and a more authentic, connected life. Over 20 years I have walked with people through anxiety, depression, grief, and life's harder transitions. If you feel ready to begin, I would be glad to meet you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and shaped around what you need. I draw on emotionally focused and attachment-based work to help you make sense of your closest relationships, cognitive behavioral therapy to gently shift patterns that no longer serve you, and mindfulness to help you feel more grounded in the present. When it fits your goals, I sometimes weave in hypnotherapeutic processes. Above all, I offer a safe, confidential, and comfortable space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin the inner journey toward living more fully.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a relaxed chance to get to know each other, with no pressure. You will share what brought you here and what you are hoping for, and I will listen closely and answer any questions you have. Together we will start to shape a plan that fits your pace and your goals. My hope is that you leave feeling a little lighter, genuinely heard, and confident that you have found a safe place to do this work.
