Great to meet you!

I bring more than two decades of combined experience—including trauma‐informed work, couples counseling, teen therapy, and family support—and approach everything with genuine compassion and respect for each person’s cultural background.

I’m proud to offer therapy in several languages - Arabic, French, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu - so you can speak in the language that feels most natural.

My services cover Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Texas, and I work with individuals, couples, and teens (10 years old and up), coordinating with schools, doctors, and other supports to keep care seamless and holistic.

Because I accept both commercial insurance & Medicaid, getting quality mental‐health help doesn’t have to break the bank. All sessions happen through a secure video platform, and I’m flexible with scheduling (early mornings, evenings, or weekends) to fit around your life. Every interaction follows strict ethical guidelines, so your privacy, consent, and cultural needs are always front‐and‐center. Learn more at st.care!

My approach to therapy

My mission is simple: authentic, compassionate, experienced care for every client, every session, every time. If you’re looking for a therapist who truly listens, respects who you are, and brings solid expertise to each meeting, I’m here to help you build confidence, strengthen relationships, and move toward lasting well‐being.

What you can expect from me

I work with adults, couples, and teens to tackle anxiety, depression, and neuro‐divergent challenges. Using clear, evidence‐based techniques, I help you spot hidden patterns, leverage your strengths, and set concrete, personalized goals. In our first sessions we’ll pinpoint what’s holding you back, co‐create a caring plan, and start tracking progress. Many clients feel a noticeable lift of symptoms and continue building resilience and lasting change.
