My approach to therapy

I work with those experiencing stress, feeling stuck, or facing challenges in relationships or daily life. Common concerns include anxiety, low mood, work-related stress, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and structured, using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify patterns in thoughts and behaviors and develop practical strategies that support emotional well-being and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

With over 12 years of experience in the mental health field, including extensive work in acute psychiatric settings, I provide steady, supportive care during high stress and complex situations. Therapy is a respectful, goal-oriented space focused on building insight, effective coping skills, and confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
