Great to meet you!

My name is Sami, I am a professional counselor and art therapist who loves to be creative. In my career I have worked with children, teens, adults, and families who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and difficult family dynamics. In therapy, I feel we should all have the opportunity to learn, grow, make mistakes, and communicate in a safe and healthy space.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a person centered approach to therapy. I like to find out what your needs are and do my best to cater my style to what I believe will be most beneficial to your treatment.

What you can expect from our first session

My biggest hope is that clients can feel heard in our session and make changes they see value in. If that is not possible, I always hope that clients have a positive, therapy experience even if we did not connect on a provider and client level.
