Great to meet you!

I’m Sami, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Art Therapist dedicated to helping people feel truly seen. Throughout my career, I’ve supported children, teens, adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and complex family dynamics. These experiences have shaped my belief that healing begins in a space where your story is honored and your emotions are met with compassion rather than judgment.

My work centers on creating a grounded, steady presence where clients can explore their inner world at their own pace. I help people untangle old patterns, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with overlooked parts of themselves — the parts that often hold the key to deeper healing and self‐understanding.

As both a talk therapist and an art therapist, I value creativity, curiosity, and the many ways people express their truth. Whether we’re using words, imagery, or a blend of both, my goal is to offer a collaborative space where you can feel supported, empowered, and more connected to who you are becoming.

My approach to therapy

I take a person‐centered approach to therapy, which means your needs, strengths, and lived experiences guide our work together. I spend time getting to know what feels supportive for you, and I tailor my style to what I believe will be most beneficial for your healing and growth.

I see therapy as a collaborative process — a space where you can breathe, reflect, and move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe enough to explore, curious enough to grow, and empowered enough to reconnect with the parts of yourself that deserve attention and care.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and building a foundation for our work together. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change, and what you’d like to achieve. This conversation helps us shape meaningful goals and create a direction for your treatment that feels supportive, collaborative, and aligned with your needs.
