Great to meet you!

Coming from a military family—and serving as a trauma-focused clinician—I understand the unique challenges this community face. I specialize in EMDR and use parts work, mindfulness, and attachment theory to help clients process difficult experiences and reconnect with their strengths. I work best with helpers—military spouses, veterans, service members, law enforcement, healthcare workers, and those navigating complex family-of-origin dynamics. My clients often say I “get it,” speak their language (yes, even grunt-style), and show up as a real person.

My approach to therapy

I provide a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental virtual space where you can show up exactly as you are. My style is direct, grounded, and holistic—focused on mind-body connections, practical coping skills, and making sense of what’s shaped you. I believe healing happens when we face the hard stuff together, not when we’re told to “just think positive.” I won’t sugarcoat things—but I will walk alongside you, help you see your situation from new angles, and support you in building a life that feels authentic, grounded, and aligned with who you truly are—beyond survival mode.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll explore what’s bringing you in, clarify your goals, and begin building tools that feel doable in real life—not just in theory. I’ll meet you where you are, with respect, curiosity, and a commitment to helping you feel more whole. Together, we’ll navigate change and begin making space for the parts of you that have been surviving for too long. We’ll also explore whether we’re a good fit—and if so, we’ll move forward with a plan tailored to your needs. If not, I’ll offer thoughtful recommendations to support your journey. Connection with a therapist matters, and you deserve care that feels aligned.
