Great to meet you!

I am a trauma-informed therapist who supports individuals facing a variety of life challenges and personal experiences, offering a space to explore, process, and grow. My approach integrates EMDR, attachment-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioral strategies to help clients better understand their emotions, patterns, and experiences. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring difficult topics. Together, we focus on building practical coping skills, strengthening relationships, and fostering meaningful personal growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

I work alongside clients in a supportive and nonjudgmental space where they can feel safe exploring their experiences, emotions, and challenges.I also focus on helping clients build emotional regulation and coping skills that prepare them for deeper processing work, including EMDR when appropriate. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and empowering, supporting clients in feeling more confident, connected, and capable of navigating life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where they can begin sharing their story at their own pace. We will discuss what brings them to therapy, explore their goals, and talk about what they hope to gain from the process. I will also ask questions to better understand your experiences, history, and current challenges so we can begin developing a plan that feels helpful and meaningful. My goal is for clients to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together moving forward.
