My approach to therapy

I am a bilingual, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in providing personalized, evidence-based care. My practice is rooted in client-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapies, and I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual I work with. I also integrate holistic and positive psychology principles, incorporating mindfulness for clients who seek a more balanced and whole-person approach to healing. My goal is to create a compassionate and collaborative space where clients can build resilience, gain clarity, and move toward meaningful growth and change.

What you can expect from me

My objective is to help clients find effective solutions to their challenges without becoming stuck in the past or overly focused on what brought them to therapy. I am bilingual in Spanish and can provide assessments and therapy sessions in Spanish for clients who feel most comfortable receiving services in their native language.
