Great to meet you!

The version of yourself you expected to be and the one you are actually living with right now can feel very far apart. And that gap is exhausting to carry alone. I work with adult women navigating some of the most demanding chapters of their lives: new motherhood, postpartum anxiety and depression, grief, relationship strain, and the kind of stress that quietly accumulates until something finally has to give. Maternal mental health is a core focus of my practice, and I am here for women who are trying to figure out who they are on the other side of a major life change.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we focus on getting you from where you are to where you want to be, with real and practical steps rather than abstract exercises. Whether you are working through the emotional weight of new motherhood, processing grief or loss, or trying to make sense of what is happening in your relationships, we build toward something that feels sustainable and actually fits your life. I work well with women who want direct support and are ready to be honest about what is really going on.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other and understanding what brought you here. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before we start. We will talk about what has been weighing on you, what you are hoping to change, and what a realistic path forward might look like. If any of this sounds like what you have been looking for, I would be glad to connect.
