Great to meet you!

Good psychiatry requires both: Data that shows you're getting better, and the relationship that makes you believe you can. I'm Sara Lewis, and I balance science and measurement-based care with deep intuition, guided by years of experience as a wife, mother, and woman of faith. For over 25 years, I've helped children, teens, and young adults navigate the world of mental health. My two sons with mental health challenges gave me an understanding and hard-earned wisdom to apply to every patient I work with. Together, we'll create a clear plan that blends evidence, empathy, and your unique story, so you can feel steady and hopeful again.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in both data and genuine care. Decades in pediatrics and psychiatry allow me to connect patterns across mood, stress, sleep, and life changes, so you can feel understood, not rushed. I explain the “why” behind each step. When symptoms are complex (including bipolar patterns), we focus on clarity and a targeted plan, not guesswork.

What you can expect from me

My motto: recovery isn't a sprint—it's a marathon. We go step by step, until life feels steady again. If medication is part of your care, we’ll use it carefully. We’ll also build the basics that protect your mood—sleep, routines, stress tools, and healthy habits. When you're ready, reach out to schedule a first appointment.
