Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I am an affirming, neurodivergent therapist and a mother of two neurodivergent children, which deeply informs both my perspective and my work. I am passionate about supporting adolescents through middle-aged adults as they navigate the challenges of an imperfect and often unpredictable world.

I am currently pursuing advanced practitioner certification in ADHD and Autism, and I value ongoing learning. At the same time, I believe some of the most meaningful expertise comes from lived and clinical experience—something I bring into every session.

I have extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced traumatic childhoods, including developmental trauma and abuse. I also support clients managing anxiety, bipolar disorder, and depression, offering a compassionate and individualized approach to care.

My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered as you move toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a multimodal approach for treatment, including CBT, Trauma-informed, DBT skills, psychoeducation, behavioral interventions, ACT skills, attachment-based, and family systems. I do not perform on the spot crisis interventions but can provide guidance and local support in this area.

What you can expect from me

What I hope to bring to you is a feeling of ease, comfort, and honesty. Therapy can be challenging but I hope to make you feel more like yourself again, or to the level of functioning you would like to be in order to live and thrive in this life to your best ability.
