Hello! I'm Sara, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts. I graduated from Merrimack College with a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022. I have experience working with teens, college students and young adults navigating anxiety, depression and life stressors.
I believe in meeting clients where they are at and working towards the goals that are important to them. Depending on what you are hoping to achieve from counseling I use a combination of different approaches in order to support you in this collaborative process.
In our first session, we will discuss your goals for counseling and work together to create a plan for how you would like to move forward. I believe in meeting you at whatever stage you are in right now and working at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
