Great to meet you!

As a psychotherapist, I am deeply committed to walking alongside my clients as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I graduated from Arizona State University in 2020 and have been in clinical practice since. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and major life changes.

My approach to therapy is with warmth, curiosity, and genuine care, creating a safe space where clients feel heard and understood. I believe that each person carries innate strengths, and I work collaboratively to help clients rediscover those strengths while building new tools to foster resilience, healing, and personal growth.

I am honored to be part of her clients’ journeys, helping them find hope, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose in their daily lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is with warmth, curiosity, and genuine care, creating a safe space where clients feel heard and understood. I believe that each person carries innate strengths, and I work collaboratively to help clients rediscover those strengths while building new tools to foster resilience, healing, and personal growth. I believe there is much power in the connection between a therapist and a client that creates safety and connection.

I am honored to be part of my clients’ journeys, helping them find hope, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose in their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions together, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you feel truly seen and heard. I approach therapy as a collaborative partnership – we will work together to understand your experiences, identify your goals, and build a path forward that feels authentic to you.

My style is genuine and compassionate. I believe in showing up as a real person, not just a therapist, to create a space where you feel safe being your true self without fear of judgment. I deeply value the therapeutic alliance and believe that trust, safety, and connection are at the core of meaningful growth.

You can also expect that the work we do will be grounded in evidence-based practices. Whether we are addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or life transitions, I will integrate approaches that have been proven effective, while tailoring them to your unique needs and strengths.

Overall, my hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and equipped with insights and tools that help you navigate life with greater confidence and clarity.
