Great to meet you!

I am a dual board-certified Psychiatric and Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in primary and psychiatric care. I have a deep commitment to helping people feel their best—mentally, emotionally, and physically. I take an integrative, whole-person approach to care. That means I look beyond symptoms to understand your full story—what’s going on in your body, your environment, and your life—and tailor treatment to you. Whether we’re working together on mood, anxiety, cognitive changes, or managing life transitions, my goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care that aligns with your values and needs.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative, whole-person approach to treatment, combining evidence-based medication management with a deep understanding of each individual’s unique needs.I view our work as a partnership. I take time to educate my patients about their diagnosis and medication options so they can make informed, empowered decisions about their care. Feeling heard, understood, and validated is foundational to the process.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can regain a sense of hope and clarity. Through a thoughtful combination of medication management and brief, supportive therapy, we will work together to help you feel more balanced, resilient, and aligned with the best version of yourself.
