Great to meet you!

Life can really be unpredictable at times. Whether it be a death, a diagnosis, career change, or divorce. Maybe parenting has more tears than happiness. Maybe your marriage isn't what you expected. Life can throw you curveballs and the constant pivoting and planning and required flexibility can weigh you down. You're not alone. We live in a world where fear and anxiety take the wheel but we crave solid ground. You just want a "normal" day; whatever that means.

My approach to therapy

I can help. I provide a listening ear to hear your story and see how life took you to where you are. I look for patterns and strengths and see what we can do to make change. I offer practical solutions to leave with more knowledge and tools to work through any situation. I am a Christian and a pastor's wife but clients of any faith background are welcome.

What you can expect from me

My goal for you is for you to leave our sessions with more peace and clarity than you had when we started. I will challenge your thinking and encourage change, but the end result is more peace in your heart and more tools in your toolbox for the future. Call, text, or email and let's see how we can navigate life's difficulties together.
