Great to meet you!

I believe that therapy is for everyone. When we feel safe, validated and understood, we each have the ability to feel empowered to live our best lives. Often, we have stories, behaviors, beliefs and unhealed parts that prevent us from feeling unstuck. My goal is to work with you and help you find the tools to truly know yourself, and to be the healthiest version of yourself that you can.

My approach to therapy

I have over 20 years of experience as a creative Music Therapist, working with adults and children in inpatient and outpatient settings, schools and end of life. As a talk therapist, I am certified in DBT, use CBT, ACT, trauma-focused, Motivational Interviewing, person-centered, strengths-based and solution focused therapy. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and in groups.

What you can expect from me

We will work together to understand your current issues, how they came to be and how they impact your life. By getting to know you and your needs, I will help you set manageable, achievable goals, learn coping skills and understand your unique story, strengths and challenges so that you can better manage your life.
