Great to meet you!

I'm Sarah, a licensed therapist. I specialized in helping individuals and couples live at their full potential. Whether you are navigating feelings of confusion, worry or hopelessness. My desire is to see and hear you in that space. Helping you feel a little less alone and a bit more empowered to take the next steps towards your best you.

My approach to therapy

I see all my clients virtually from the comfort of their preferred space. I work with individuals and couples as well as individuals, couples and families experiencing complex illnesses. Together we work on things like anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, relationships, ADHD, grief/loss, and difficult life transitions.

What you can expect from me

My goal for my clients is that they have a better understanding of potential mindsets or behaviors that are keeping them stuck. Together we will use practical, evidence based tools to alleviate unwanted symptoms. Clients that work with me know there is someone that hears them, someone that sees them in their struggle, and someone that is FOR them, regardless of their past and where they came from.
