Great to meet you!

Sometimes life goes along smoothly, but there are also times that are really challenging and hard. When this gets in the way of experiencing life in an enjoyable manner, it helps to talk things out and have a therapist navigate these challenges with you.

What would a less stressful, more manageable life look like for you? I am a compassionate, person centered therapist who will use different approaches to help when a client feels stuck.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is first to listen to your story and experiences and then together form a plan that will fit your needs. Our work is collaborative. My therapeutic approach is based on what the client needs. I am passionate about working with folks through their anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment, loss/grief, LGBTQ+, ADHD and unhealthy schemas. Often times people can get stuck in patterns that are not in line with where they want to be and how they really want to live. I can help!

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave a session feeling heard and that I am genuinely interested in helping them get to a better place in their life that feels more manageable. enjoyable and less stress-filled. Clients can expect to be supported while also being challenged when it is appropriate. This can gently nudge a client to potentially gain new insight and perspective they may not have previously considered. Let's work together to find out what we can accomplish!
