Great to meet you!

Hello and Welcome!

My goal as an International Psychologist and State of Illinois licensed Clinical Social Worker is to create safe and empowering client spaces by providing warm, culturally intelligent, and proven modalities for clients dealing with overwhelming life events and transitions.

My approach to therapy

Human experiences are universal and yet unique to each individual or group. My clinical focus is on strengths and how clients perceive the meanings of these life events. I incorporate evidenced-based psychotherapy modalities and the client's understanding of their experiences to reach desirable wellness goals identified by clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma such as domestic violence, sexual assault, life adjustment issues, and PTSD. I have extensive experience working with young adults, veterans, and older adults.

What you can expect from me

I acknowledge your brave invitation to share your unique story and desire to achieve total wellness seriously. Forming a warm, welcoming, and safe therapeutic partnership is key to realizing the desired goals for therapy.
