Great to meet you!

I am an LMFT with 10 years of experience in the field. I specialize in women's mental health issues. I believe the therapeutic process should be integrative and collaborative. I use empathy, compassion, and a sense of humor to build rapport with clients, and also to support clients in feeling empowered on their journey towards a healing space. My goal is to welcome clients into a safe space, providing support, while assisting them in the process of navigating and overcoming emotional hardships.

My approach to therapy

My clinical orientation is specialized in the areas of women’s issues, relational/interpersonal dynamics, attachment issues, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, general stress, and overcoming trauma. I am currently trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Informed-Trauma Care, Behavioral Modification, Solution-Focused Therapy & Collaborative Problem-Solving Strategies.

What you can expect from me

My work combines traditional relational psychotherapy, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral work, with the goal of connecting you with your own sense of self and inner strength. I am committed to meeting you with compassion, creating safety and trust, and listening to your goals. My aim is to create a nurturing, non-judgmental space where clients can feel at home in the healing process, while also gaining motivation towards their transformative journeys.
