Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Sarah Hill, an LISW-S with an MSSA from Case Western Reserve University (2008). I work with college students, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, life transitions, and identity development. My style is collaborative and compassionate, grounded in CBT, trauma-informed, and strength-based approaches. I aim to create a supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and ready to make meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a partnership focused on curiosity, growth, and self-compassion. My approach is flexible and interactive, blending CBT and trauma-informed practices to help clients build coping skills, shift unhelpful patterns, and move toward balance and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you—what’s working, what’s not, and what you hope to change. I keep things conversational, comfortable, and even use a little humor to ease the nerves. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of your goals and what our work together will look like.
