Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Sarah! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping people find self-understanding, build meaningful relationships, and grow through life's big changes. I especially enjoy working with adults in their 20's and 30's. I find a quick connection to those that have grown up with excessive responsibility and would love to help you comfortably take up space and learn to value taking care of yourself in tandem with taking care of others. I would be honored to help you uncover your worth outside of taking care of everyone else. Additionally, I also find it so special to counsel other mental health practitioners!

My approach to therapy

I use a warm and collaborative approach to counseling and strive to help my clients value their own wants, needs, and feelings and communicate those needs openly.

I consider myself a Relational Therapist and I weave Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment principles into my sessions!
