Great to meet you!

Greetings! My name is Sasha Douglas, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults specializing in anxiety, stress, depression, and eating disorders, amongst other concerns.

My approach to therapy

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help my clients make progress and start feeling better. I have found that my style and approach are a good fit for young adults to a geriatric population who may be dealing with the challenges of life transitions. My communication style is personable, open, and safe. I want my clients to feel comfortable talking with me, and I pride myself on my ability to listen without judgment.

What you can expect from me

My approach to goal setting with clients is all about allowing what the client would like to achieve during the time in therapy. This will start by building trust and getting comfortable with being in therapy. Over time, we will work together to set goals and track your progress.
