Great to meet you!

I'm Sasha, a licensed therapist in Florida, working across the state by telehealth. After about fifteen years in this field, what I love most is helping people make sense of the patterns that keep tripping them up — whether that's ADHD, anxiety, addiction, or the heavier stuff underneath. You don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out. That's what we'll do together.

My approach to therapy

I'm warm, direct, and a little humorous by nature. My work leans psychodynamic, which is a fancy way of saying we'll look at the why behind what you're feeling, not just the surface. I specialize in adult ADHD, addiction, trauma, and the relationship and mood stuff that tends to come along for the ride. Expect real conversation, practical takeaways, and a pace that fits you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really just a chance to talk. I'll ask about what brought you in and what you're hoping for — no script, no pressure to share more than feels right. Before we wrap up, we'll sketch out a couple of goals so you leave with a sense of direction. Most people tell me they feel a little lighter walking away.
