Great to meet you!
Saundra Monroe, LPC-S, primarily sees children and adolescents ages 3-18 in individual sessions, groups, and family settings. Saundra earned her main clinical experience in Children’s Advocacy Centers in Collin and Kaufman Counties, where she worked with children and families who were survivors of abuse experiencing symptoms caused by trauma, abuse, neglect, and domestic violence. She also worked in private practice focusing on adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, and LGBTQ+ issues.
Outside of therapy, Saundra is a wife to a wonderful, supportive husband who works as a special education teacher. They share a passion of supporting people through life’s challenges and working toward better days. Saundra and her husband have 2 boys who are a little wild and all-around silly.
