Savannah Paponetti

Hi, my name is Savannah Paponetti and I am a licensed mental health clinician. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I have experience working in crisis stabilization and trauma-informed care, supporting youth, young adults, and families navigating a variety of mental health challenges. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and difficulties with self-esteem and interpersonal relationships.

My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, allowing clients to feel supported, heard, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace. I believe in meeting clients where they are while encouraging growth, resilience, and self-compassion.

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where they are encouraged to share their concerns, goals, and experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for them. The initial session is focused on getting to know the client as a person, understanding what has brought them to therapy, and exploring areas of their life they may want support with. Through therapy, I help clients build healthy coping skills, improve emotional awareness, strengthen communication, and develop practical strategies to manage daily stressors and challenges. My goal is to help individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves, increase confidence in their abilities, and work toward creating meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
